These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aaronfinch.com and any purchase you make from Aaron & Finch ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but actual colours and details may vary depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time — for example, if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund for that order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment processors. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates, destinations, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as feeding accessories, teethers, and other items intended for a baby's mouth or skin) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived faulty. To start a return, contact us at support@aaronfinch.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the item is received or, for faulty or incorrect items, after we review your request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Aaron & Finch and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
